While I don't appear to have my content stolen by girlyvue, I know many that have. There are a multitude of videos telling you how to lodge a complaint for violation of copywrite.
But, also consider reporting them to Google for having Google ads on a website using stolen content. Something which definitely goes againts the Terms for Adsense.
