I would like to offer our sincere condolences to the family of the 375 died and 755 injured victims from the stampede in Koh Pich. Please accept my deepest sympathy in your time of loss. On behalf of Human Rights Defenders in Cambodia and as in the world I pledge to do fact finding and investigate what/ who was the source or behind this killing of innocents people.
