There were three shades released (all limited edition: Black, Blue and Turquoise) and they cost £10.00. I bought Black and Blue.
A small liner brush is included in the box. I tried it out and found it pretty much completely useless. The frosted glass jar is nice as I've found gel liners in a glass pot last longer than plastic. But that's where the similarities between the two colours end, they really do perform very differently.
-Black - plain black with no shimmer, no clear undertones
-Blue - shimmering navy with what seems to be a touch of pink
They swatched pretty much the same way they worked on the lid.
-Black - only took one layer to give a rich, opaque line. However, it never really seemed to set. I was able to smudge the line on my lid several hours later. This was very soft and creamy in texture.
-Blue - this one just didn't seem to be worth the bother! It took several layers to get it to show, both on my arm and on my lid. Then, it seemed to immediately pull towards grey! It faded pretty quickly. Much more solid in texture, but still smooth.
The Black fared better than the Blue, but not by a huge amount. While the Black didn't fade as much as the Blue, it never really seemed to set. If you've got oily lids, then I think this is just going to make a mess by the end of the day! While my lids are oilier now than they used to be, I don't tend to get issues once I've got a primer on and I had some attractive smears of liner on my lower lashline, when I had only applied it to the top!
I don't feel as though either of these are worth the £10.00 price tag to be honest. If you're only just exploring this type of liner, I suggest trying the ELF Studio Cream Liner. It's only £3.50 and I've found they work a lot better than these.
