This Friday I was participating to a group discussion for a magazine, with 5 other women who were asked, like me, to test the new Biotherm Skinergetics range for a month - I mentioned that here a while ago.
Since we were going to be photographed quite a lot, we all had our makeup done. I already had my usual makeup on and I had kept the eyes quite neutral, so the makeup artist didn't redo it all. She just made sure my complexion would be photo friendly.
She used DiorSkin Forever Compact Flawless & Moist Extreme Wear Makeup which is a powder foundation with a very matte finish. She applied with a dry sponge to have a full coverage.
I was actually impressed at how flawless my skin looked, even though it looked a bit powdery seen from very very close.
My natural oilies started showing through after 4 hours (the photoshoot was finished by then) and it looked a bit more natural.
She added a touch of blush, also by Dior, the Bronze Harmonie de Blush in 002 Coral Riviera - and a tiny bit of a coral Dior gloss (didn't see which one though).
On the eyes I was wearing Mac All that Glitters, Satin Taupe and Mulch, and she added a tad bit more depth in the crease by adding some Mac Copperplate. (Yes, I can name Mac shades just by seeing them in a makeup artist palette).
I had a lot of fun during this afternoon, and I should receive the pictures taken once the magazine will be published, which won't be before the end of May.
But I'll be sure to review the Biotherm products for you ladies, probably as soon as tomorrow :)
