Goodyear Philippines launches enhanced website

Goodyear Website
With more consumers using the Internet to learn more about tires, compare choices and even look for third party endorsements, Goodyear Philippines makes it easier with the launch of its highly interactive and enhanced website, www.goodyear.com.ph.

“The Internet is a fast emerging consumer touch-point for us that allows customers to experience the Goodyear brand while enabling our company and dealers to respond directly to their needs,” said Gerry Alava, Goodyear Philippines Managing Director.

The website features an interactive homepage that can access Goodyear information like the very latest product innovations, consumer promotions, dealer locations, product warranties as well as driving and safety tips.

A highlight of the new site is the Request A Quote function for consumers in search of tires for a specific vehicle. Through this function, Goodyear recommends the tire best suited for each vehicle type and the customer may request for a price quotation on the tires as well as set an appointment with the dealer of their choice through the company's customer service department. "It is a new, easy and convenient way to shop for tires", added Alava.

The site also features a Map Locator powered by Google Maps that shows the exact location of the Goodyear Autocare, Servitek or TyrePro outlet of the consumer’s choice. Apart from this, online users can now compare their tires of choice side by side with the Tire Comparison function which shows the features and benefits of all the Goodyear products.

For racing enthusiasts, the website also gives direct access to the Goodyear Racing Asia Facebook page, where consumers can get the latest updates on Goodyear racing events in the Asia Pacific region.

"We are excited about our new website and invite everyone to browse through www.goodyear.com.ph to know more about our company and our new product innovations, and to request for an online quote for a trouble free tire shopping experience", Alava concluded.
